This April, we are celebrating our 2nd anniversary of Phidons online store!
Phidon going online initially in April of 2020 was a plunge into a new world of business that came with a lot of anxieties; how do we provide for our customers the same way we do in store? How do we stay engaged with the community? Will the family run business be able to compete with the corporations?
But, Phidon did not only endure but has been able to flourish thanks to your support! The online store has allowed Phidon to grow beyond the walls of 63 Dickson St in downtown Galt. I would say growth has to be the word of the past year.
We have grown our inventory and have been able to bring exciting new products curated for you.
We have grown our backroom storage and organization for packing and shipping.
We have grown our social media and sharing Phidon stories, updates, and our favourite stationery goodies.
We have grown our community, being able to reach customers from across the country and across the world.
And
We have grown our team to be able to keep up with it all!
None of this could have happened without you and our Phidon community! And a big thank you to the hardworking delivery and postal workers that ensure packages get to where they need to go!
We are truly thankful for the support that we have received online. Everyday in the past two years, the Phidon team has been learning so much to be able to provide quality service and support to our online customers that we offer to every customer that walks through our doors.
Even though we miss greeting whoever walks into Phidon with a warm welcome, we also have been happy to answer your questions over the phone, give recommendations over email, and hear your thoughts over Instagram! We are still a small team, so we appreciate your patience and understanding as we’ve adapted to managing both our brick and mortar store and our online store.
It has been so wonderful to be involved in this large community of stationery lovers, and play a part in connecting people to their passions.
